This in turn results in increasing the profits of the company. Along with this, it is also suggested that the personnel should regularly review the performance of the service rendered to its client on a monthly basis. This results in gaining loyal customers and results in increasing the sales of the company (Setchi, Howlett, Naim and Seinz, 2014). In addition to this, the quality of the service rendered should be checked and maintained at every stage which results in elimination of the cost associated with repairs and reworks.
